TOMATO ZUCCHINI STEW

Ingredients:
1/2 LB. HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE 
1/2 LB. MILD ITALIAN SAUSAGE 
1 CUP SLICED CELERY – I don’t put in 
1 CHOPPED ONION 
1 ZUCCHINI-COARSLY CHOPPED – use more depending on size
2 GREEN PEPPERS-1" PIECES
4 CUPS TOMATOES-PEELED & QUARTERED – I used caned diced
1 CAN TOMATO SOUP or TOMATO SAUCE – I use one of each if I double it
GRATED PARMASAN CHEESE TO TASTE
1 TSP. SUGAR
1/4 TSP. GARLIC SALT – I used additional seasonings – Italian, Pepper whatever you like
.
PREPARATION:

BROWN SAUSAGE (REMOVE SKIN AND CRUMBLE), 
ADD CELERY AND ONIONS. SAUTE 15 MIN. 
ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS.  COVER POT, SIMMER 45 MIN. 
SERVE WITH FRENCH BREAD.
